Join Gather Solutions Inc as a Gather Pro – Doorstep Collection Technician, where you’ll provide valued waste collection services to multi-family communities — all while getting your steps in and making a visible difference.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for collecting bagged trash and recyclables directly from apartment doorsteps and transporting them to the on-site compactor or dumpster. No offsite hauling, no bulk items, and no prior experience required — we provide all necessary training and equipment.
We service multiple communities and aim to assign you to a property within 10–15 minutes of your home.

Take required photos for service verification (arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance)

Shifts start at 8:00 PM and last approximately 4 hours per night
Weekly schedule ranges from 16 to 20 hours
Assigned to a community within 10–15 minutes of your location when possible

As a Gather Pro - Junk Removal Technician, you’ll be the face of Gather Solutions Inc — working directly with customers to remove unwanted items from homes, garages, offices, and job sites. You’ll lift, load, sort, and haul away materials with efficiency, professionalism, and respect for people and property.
This is a physical, fast-paced, team-oriented role that requires a strong work ethic, customer service skills, and the ability to take pride in a hard day’s work.

As a Gather Pro - Bin Sanitation Technician, you’ll operate specialized cleaning equipment to sanitize, deodorize, and maintain garbage and recycling bins at residential and commercial properties. This position is ideal for someone who values cleanliness, independence, and working outdoors. You’ll help customers eliminate odors, bacteria, pests, and unsightly buildup — one bin at a time.
